Online Video Round
of the 17th International Beethoven Piano Competition Vienna

In preparation for the Online Video Round, candidates were invited to download a PDF with information here: Online Video Round: Information for Candidates

Successful applicants selected for the online video round were notified on 1 December 2024 and invited to submit their recordings for the online video round. By 15 February 2025, 44 recordings had been received.

The online video jury will vote on the candidates until 25 March 2025.

The results of the voting will be published here shortly afterwards.

A maximum of twenty-one (21) candidates will be selected to perform at the Live Rounds in Vienna from 16 May 2025. The videos of these selected contestants will be published on www.beethoven-comp.at and will remain online until the end of the competition.

With the nomination and publication of the (up to) twenty-one names of the selected candidates on 25 March 2025, the selection process for the International Beethoven Piano Competition Vienna 2025 will be concluded.
